Jasmine is committed to understanding the healing effects of yoga. She places a strong emphasis on body awareness, with the goal of realizing health benefits for the mind, body, and spirit. She carefully refines each pose, offering her students the opportunity to fully connect with themselves through the practice of yoga.
Amanda Cook, RYT200
Amanda brings a passion to share the art of mindfulness and yoga with her students through creative and empowering practice. Her study has taken her to India to chase down the roots of this practiced relationship between mind, body, and breath. Let us integrate this ancient understanding and apply it to a modern, western world!
Sandy Hall, RYT200
Sandy has been practicing yoga for more than 20 years in Steamboat Springs, Colorado and finally did the deep dive into yoga teacher training in 2016 with Wanderlust studio in Squaw Valley, California. Her training is in Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga with great appreciation for innovation and creativity. Sandy is also a certified Health Coach and helps people reach their health goals with a holistic approach. Both Sandy and her husband Gus credit yoga, nutrition, and meditation for keeping them young and strong in heart, body and spirit!
Heather Washabaugh RYT 500
Heather is dedicated and passionate in the practice of yoga, health, wellness, nutrition and the healing and health of the body and emotional and spiritual being as a whole.
Heather is mother of three children; her first pregnancy was the beginning of her yoga journey twenty years ago. She started practicing yoga daily through her pregnancy and was convinced after that to pursue this great life changing and health promoting journey. Since then she has attended several teacher trainings for practices such as Hatha Yoga, Bikram,Yin, Prenatal, Rehabilitation, Juvamukti, Buti, SUP yoga, Baptiste, Childrens Yoga, Senior Yoga, Special needs Yoga, Kundalini, Shiva Rea teacher training, Ashtanga, Partner Acro-Yoga, meditation, and Silks. She has experienced what yoga and has done for her on a personal level and has a love to share that with others. Currently she also works as a massage therapist, energy worker, Doula, Substance Addiction Tech, suicide prevention counselor, and nutritionist through David Wolfe’s training. She has a deep desire to be connected and help others.
