Molly Kinsella, RYT200

For Molly, yoga has been a source of joy as well as a tool for introspection, healing, and growth since 2014. She completed her 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training under the comprehensive and incredible teachings of Jasmine Holthausen at Yoga Lila. As a retired National Team rugby player, Molly believes that we find wellness through movement and brings a strong foundational-based yoga into a hatha flow, hoping to push each student’s boundaries to inspire connection, growth, and fullness of self. Molly works to cultivate a sense of mindfulness, a connection of the breath to the body, and to expand each student’s sense of self in her classes. She is extremely grateful to be a part of an amazing local community, and offers thanks to her mentors Graham Muir at Manic Training and Jasmine Holthausen at Yoga Lila in each of her classes. She can’t wait to see your smiling face in class at Yoga Lila!
