Annie Dillman, RYT200

Sandy Hall, RYT200
Sandy has been practicing yoga for more than 20 years in Steamboat Springs, Colorado and finally did the deep dive into yoga teacher training in 2016 with Wanderlust studio in Squaw Valley, California. Her training is in Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga with great appreciation for innovation and creativity. Sandy is also a certified Health Coach and helps people reach their health goals with a holistic approach. Both Sandy and her husband Gus credit yoga, nutrition, and meditation for keeping them young and strong in heart, body and spirit!
She says, “Yoga is for everyone! What I have, I hope to share with the community because service is the path to abundance.” Camille is new to Steamboat Springs and hopes to grow in her yoga practice by sharing it with others here in her new hometown. Has been practicing the Asanas for ten years. In 2016, she completed Dan Ward’s 200-hour teacher training in Los Angeles California.
Jasmine Holthausen, CYT, RYT500
Jasmine is committed to understanding the healing effects of yoga. She places a strong emphasis on body awareness, with the goal of realizing health benefits for the mind, body, and spirit. She carefully refines each pose, offering her students the opportunity to fully connect with themselves through the practice of yoga.
Molly Kinsella, RYT200
For Molly, yoga has been a source of joy as well as a tool for introspection, healing, and growth since 2014. She completed her 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training under the comprehensive and incredible teachings of Jasmine Holthausen at Yoga Lila. As a retired National Team rugby player, Molly believes that we find wellness through movement and brings a strong foundational-based yoga into a hatha flow, hoping to push each student’s boundaries to inspire connection, growth, and fullness of self. Molly works to cultivate a sense of mindfulness, a connection of the breath to the body, and to expand each student’s sense of self in her classes. She is extremely grateful to be a part of an amazing local community, and offers thanks to her mentors Graham Muir at Manic Training and Jasmine Holthausen at Yoga Lila in each of her classes.
